The Shanghai Pudong New Area Delegation visited the City Venlo and City Nijmegen in Holland

A 7-member Chinese delegation visited two cities in Holland in the middle December. The head of this Chinese delegation is Mr. Yu Kangzhong －Deputy Director-General of Environmental Protection and Urban Administration Bureau of Shanghai Pudong New Area.

At 10:30-12:30 on 19th December 2007 the delegation visited the City Venlo. At first they were welcomed by the deputy mayor and then they watched a short film about the city of Venlo. A tour will take place in the city (including a visit to a logistic company). At last the delegation was invited to a lunch.

At 9:30-12:30 on 21th December 2007 visited this delegation the City Nijmegen. At first they were welcomed by Mr. Paul Depla, deputy mayor and alderman of Space & Construction, Sports, Work & Income. Then they had Presentation and discussion by people from the departments of Transport and Mobility, and the department of Cityplanning and –development. At last Presentation and discussion at Royal Haskoning was hold by Mr. Leo Visser and Mr. Peter Luscuere.
