At 9:00 on 17th December 2007 a 13-member Chinese delegation from Shangdong Province visited the Land Appraiser Committee of City Wiesbaden. The head of this delegation is Mr. Li Tao －the registered land appraiser of Shandong North asset appraisal of real estate valuation Ltd. The delegation was welcomed by Mr. Kremer － the president of the Land Appraiser Committee of City Wiesbaden. They held together a short meeting to discuss the methods and the formalities of the real estate evaluation in Germany and in China.
